The Program

THE PROGRAM

Join seven other scaleup CEOs and their #2’s for a reinvigorating 4-day “boot camp” with Verne Harnish, author of Scaling Up.  Spend small group and one-on-one time with Verne addressing your specific opportunities and challenges – in a setting that promotes deep thinking and relaxation.

Joining Verne at each location is a guest serial entrepreneur who has used the Scaling Up tools/techniques to scale their own significant business.  They bring real-world experience in implementing Rockefeller Habits 2.0.

You will work through the People, Strategy, Execution, and Cash areas of your business model – guided by a detailed assessment you’ll complete in preparation for the boot camp.  In addition, Verne will mine his content and connections to address your specific Top 3 Constraints in scaling.

There is also time for fine food, fun, and an opportunity to acquire some important life skills along the way.  Most importantly, you’ll spend time with colleagues facing similar challenges and opportunities – building some lifelong friendships along the way.

Please view the banner video and the video below for more information.

The first CEO Boot Camps have scored 9.8 out of 10 and the CEOs have led businesses ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion

"Thank you so much for this experience. I have come back feeling excited and empowered with a clear game plan for 2017. Working one on one with you (Verne) was a highlight as were John’s (Ratliff) stories. The content was presented in such a way that it really became actionable."

—Jennifer Lyle, CEO of STS Healthcare

"This was an extremely valuable experience. I am spending this week going over all of my notes from the CEO Boot camp and creating an actionable plan for implementation. I cannot wait to begin implementing what I have learned and then coming back and reflecting upon what worked and what didn’t and adjusting appropriately."

—Michael Bolick, CEO of Specific Systems

Accomodations

ACCOMODATIONS

Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa

Lucknam Park, Chippenham SN14 8AZ

Lucknam Park is an unspoiled, elegant country house living at it’s very best. However, whilst it is a glorious, grand house, it is not run in a formal and stuffy manner and therefore the ideal place to relax. As our guests tell us, ‘it is much more of a home away from home atmosphere!’

The scene is set from the moment you turn into the driveway of Lucknam Park. The magnificent mile long lime and beech avenue stands like a guard of honor gently guiding guests to the graciously restored Palladian mansion. Enveloped within its own classical gardens, extensive parkland and paddocks, the relaxed elegance of the quintessential English mansion is perfect for unwinding; and escaping from the pressure of life….to once again, find balance and reconnection.
